Annual Membership Fee

All active members of the San Juan County Sheriff's Posse are required to pay an annual membership fee to remain in good standing.

Annual Fee Details:

• 💰 Amount: $50 per member

• 📅 Due Date: Every August 1st

• 📝 Required to maintain voting rights, participate in events, and access member benefits

How to Pay:

• Payments can be made online, by mail, or in person at a regular meeting.

• Please ensure your membership information is up to date when submitting payment.

📄 Note: Members who have not paid by August 31st may be considered inactive until payment is received.

🐴 Boarding Pen Rentals – Monthly & Overnight

Looking for a safe and convenient place to board your horse? The San Juan County Sheriff's Posse offers both monthly and overnight boarding with great amenities for you and your horse.

Boarding Amenities:

• ✅ Access to 2 Round Pens – great for training and exercise

• ✅ Use of Arena – available when not reserved for events

• ✅ Nearby Trails – ride out right from the property

• ✅ Trailer Parking Available – convenient for long stays or traveling

Planning a meeting, workshop, class, or small celebration? The San Juan County Sheriff's Posse Headquarters is a cozy and convenient space for your next gathering.

Facility Features:

• ✅ Max Occupancy: 58 People – perfect for small to mid-sized events

• ✅ Small Kitchenette – includes fridge, stove, microwave, and coffeepot

• ✅ Tables & Chairs Provided – setup support available upon request

Rental Information:

• ⏱️ Rental Rate: Charges based on a 4-hour rental period

• 🧼 Cleaning & Damage Deposit: $100 (refundable if facility is cleaned and undamaged)

• 📄 Contract Required: All renters must sign an official rental agreement with the San Juan County Sheriff's Posse prior to payment.
